The End of 2007

Year 2007 has come to an end, is not a easy year but we all managed to walk so far, 2008 will a better year to come, I truly believe so.

Things that important to me in 2007:

1. Complete of higher diploma in Mass communication - I am not a smart person, able to come so far and now preparing to go for my degree is really like a dream come true. I will put in 100% of what I have to made all of this a reality.

2. My dragonboat life - My sport life in dragonboating is not a easy road in 2007. The died of the five of National Rowers is the hardest part this year. Joining SAFRA Dragons was a decision that brought me my FIRST Gold, will work ever harder to get better results next year. I love my new found family.

I believe that working hard plus a bit of luck, 2008 will have more better news to come. To the people I love, may will goes well for you too.

5 Singapore National Team mates Missing in Cambodia

It was a sad day in Singapore Dragon boating history. The 2007 national dragon boat team's boat capsizes in Cambodia and five is missing.

We may not know each other as teammates but direct or indirectly we meet each other during races through out the years.

What happen cannot be change and we must carry on to promote the sport that we love so much in the following year.

May where you will be, our heart will always remember this day, your name will not be forget, your face will always be remember.

Winning is just the beginning

Life has a lot of choices to made, and sometimes it might not seen to be the best choice at time but believing and standby your decision will bring you far.

Leaving SPC to join SAFRA is not an easy decision to made. But When the decision is made, We give our 100% to fight as a SAFRA Dragons.

Winning is just the beginning, Winning is easy, but continue to win is the hard part. I believe that SAFRA Dragons can do it!!!!

Now is the time for me to make one very important decision in life again. I hope that it will be right choice when I decided to join SAFRA Dragons!!!!!

We Won our First GOLD!!!

4th Nov 2007 will always be a day that I never forget of. In River Regatta 2007, SAFRA Dragons 10men crew Team B won the GOLD for Inter Business Club and Houses!!!! Out of the 52 teams that took part, we came in FIRST!!!!

I am happy with the result this race, but I am sad that our 20 men crew did not get into the grand final this time round.  The winning 10 men crew was form by half of the team A, it will be better if we did won a whole group, I believe we can, I know we CAN!!

The first day of regatta 2007

This is the first time I take part in River Regatta as a member of SAFRA Dragons, the events was tough but not unable to win. Most of our teams are in the semi final tomorrow!!!

I believe we have enough training and our 4/30 will able to bring us far tomorrow. Hope all will goes well tomorrow. And I WANT TO HAVE SOME MEDALS TOMORROW!!!!!!

RHM07-01F/FF

One year and six months seen to be so long when I just begin; but now I am planning where to go to complete my degree!! In this period of time, RHM07-01 been through many happy and sad moments, and some DRAMA too, hehe. From here now, no matter where we will be, I know that we will not forget the time we spend in rushing for assignments, the SRS and GRS. All the best to everyone in RHM07-01. Love you guys

My first design

I have never dream of  able to create a t-shirt that will be wear by my follow teammates one day. The design is a bit simple, but I believe that I WILL do better next time.

One more week till the Big race. I know that SAFRA Dragons will be able to do well. SAFRA Sa! SAFRA Sa!! SAFRA Sa Sa Sa!!!!
